The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They provided free coffee, tea, and butter cookies in the lobby and even greeted me with fruit and water at check-out. The staff also spoke English fluently, which made it easy to ask for recommendations on where to shop and explore this city. Finally, my room had a stunning night view of the surroundings, making it an unforgettable experience.

The hotel staff went above and beyond, welcoming guests at every door with a smile. Special mention to Ms. Li Lin who provided excellent guidance for exploring Linyi City. The hotel's location was convenient for shopping and there were even souvenirs available on site. The night view from the rooms was impressive.

Upon entering this hotel, we were met with a grand lobby and hospitable staff that catered to our every need. the room, spacious and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, had exclusive amenities such as a luxurious bathtub and a flat, screen television with a wide range of channels. the private facilities were top, notch with a well, stocked minibar and snacks at our disposal.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location, which lacked nearby attractions. the hotel made up for this by offering shuttle services to the main shopping district.

The Christmas decoration was beautiful and they offered a complimentary drink and a gift. The location was close to shopping areas and restaurants, making it convenient to get around. The staff was friendly and polite.

The room was not cleaned properly, with dust on surfaces and a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfast options were limited and the quality was poor.

Spent Easter weekend at a large and clean hotel. Great location, with a big mall nearby and public transport in front. Enjoyed the giant veriaty of breakfast and the accommodating staff. The room was super cozy with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. There was even a surprise Easter basket waiting for us! Oh, and the view from our room was beautiful.

The furniture was a bit old, and the shower door didn't close properly, causing water to leak to the toilet area. The door handle to our room was also a bit tricky to open. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great value for money hotel.
